They came out the day of the storm and patched the holes in our roof in the rain to prevent further damage to our home. We were given complete control of the funds for our repairs and did not pay a cent until our roof was complete. After our second hail storm, Expert Exteriors personally called us to check how our roof and held up and to see if we needed any patches again. Hail damage and subsequent insurance claims are never a joy to work with but working with Expert Exteriors made the entire process much more bearable. I had damage to several properties within a few weeks time and had to have roofs and skylights replaced.
